We usually reply within a few days. There is no phone line and no live chat.
What to include in a bug report
- • The device and browser you were playing on (for example, iPhone Safari or Windows Chrome).
- • Which mode you were in: solo survival, CPU partner or online co-op.
- • Which hero you were playing and roughly which wave you reached.
- • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- • A screenshot if you have one — it usually saves a whole round of questions.
