Terms of Service

Hero Havoc is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. You may play it as much as you like and share links to it. You may not try to break, overload or disrupt the game or its backend, tamper with saved progress or online rooms to gain an unfair advantage, or repackage the game as your own product.

Online rooms are limited to a small number of players and use a shared code. Only share a room code with people you want to play with. We may expire, close or rate-limit rooms to keep the service working for everyone.

Progress is saved in your own browser, not on our servers. That means it is tied to that browser on that device: clearing site data, using private browsing, switching devices or a browser removing stored data will reset it. We cannot recover progress that has been cleared, and we cannot transfer it between devices.

All Hero Havoc characters, artwork, names, music and game code are original and remain our property. You may stream, record and post videos or screenshots of your own gameplay, including monetised videos, as long as you credit Hero Havoc and do not present the game as your own.

The game is under active development. Features may be added, balanced, changed or removed, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Shipped changes are recorded on the updates page.

Hero Havoc is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from playing the game, including lost progress or interrupted matches. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
